This game does not give you Clout or Drive for personality, but you might opt to provide some bonus skills based on personality. Sixth Sense and Introspection cease to be free skills in this game, and instead you apply them by Personality.

Choose personality traits as normal, but instead of applying Clout and Drive, simply look at the results.
